Thermal Overprint CD DVD Discs

thermal overprint

Thermal overprinting is the process of adding a thermal imprint information to an existing pre-printed CD-R or DVD-R.  Overprinting is a perfect solution for customers that need to distribute up-to-date information on a regular basis for an ongoing topic or presentation.  The process starts by screening a CD or DVD-R with the static information for the disc.  Then the screened CD or DVD-R is placed in a thermal printer and the variable for this particular run is thermally printed over a blank space on the screened discs.
