Printing CDs and DVDs
CD-R or DVD +/- Rs silk screen printing is the same exact type of printing that is performed on regular replicated CDs. Any color combinations are possible, from PMS colors to 4 color process. This type of printing is ideal for an organization that needs to have pre-printed CD-Rs or DVD +/- Rs on hand and ready to dupe (even in small quantities)- while retaining the quality and extra "oomph" that a silk screen can provide.
As always, the most cost-effective method is to silk screen 500 to 1,000 or more blank CD-Rs or DVD +/- Rs at any one time. Quantities as low as 25 are possible (even if not recommended because of the high per unit cost). Much of the cost of silk screening CD-Rs or DVD +/- Rs is in the setup charges - that is why it makes sense to do as many as possible. Our price list has the setup charges included in the per unit amount for easier comparison.

- The ability to adjust or make updates to the CD or DVD content while keeping the same look
- CD / DVD artwork can be standardized with new info being added (printed) as updates are released.
- Dates, version numbers, serial numbers, etc. can be added to pre-printed CD-Rs or DVD +/- Rs
- More color options (true PMS matching, metallic, etc.) are available than with thermal or label printing.
